ONE OF CRUCEROS AUSTRALIS’ STATE-OF-THE-ART EXPEDITION VESSELS

The Cruceros Australis Ship | Argentina Holidays | 91ºÚÁÏÍø

It’s a universal truth that some of the world’s most forbidding regions are also some of its most spectacular; awesome in their wildness. The coast of Patagonia confirms the truth of the idea by presenting you a series of breath-taking landscapes – and unbelievable seascapes. From the observation decks of MV Stella Australis and MV Ventus Australis you’ll watch a passing parade of rugged mountains and devastatingly beautiful fjords and islands. You’ll visit blue-white glaciers, majestic in their chill grandeur, and encounter comical penguins, perfectly adapted to the harsh environment.

And you’ll be following the routes of some of history’s most intrepid seafarers as they strove to navigate around the world by finding passages through some of its most inhospitable regions. The names given to the destinations you’ll visit celebrate the explorers and reflect their struggles. Sailing between the Chilean port of Punta Arenas and Ushuaia in the far south of Tierra del Fuego, you’ll voyage through the Straits of Magellan, photograph the mighty glaciers of the Beagle Channel and experience the untamed nature of Last Hope Sound and Desolation Island – before reaching the southernmost tip of the continent at Cape Horn.

“THREE HOLIDAYS IN AND STILL HIGHLY RECOMMEDED”
Dan Mills organised perfectly a challenging itinerary to incorporate a wedding we were attending in Kathmandu. A fantastic balance of trekking, rafting, safari, sightseeing and R&R. This was our third holiday with Ultimate Travel and we cannot recommend highly enough

“TRIP TO THE TOP OF THE WORLD”
Everything about our trip was excellent. While it’s a considered investment, the service more than justifies the cost. We loved the accommodation – beautifully chosen and thoughtfully located. Our guides ranged from grear to truly exceptional. And the places we visited? They exceeded all expectations. Peru is an extraordinarily beautiful country, and this journey gave us a real sense of its wonder.

“IN SAFE HANDS, EVEN WHEN PLANS CHANGE”
Every detail of our Patagonia tour was expertly arranged – from transfers and flights to the choice of hotels. When our onward flight to the Falklands was delayed by two days, 91ºÚÁÏÍø stepped in immediately and secured a hotel for us. It was an enormous relief, especially as we don’t speak Spanish and had no idea what to do next. That level of thoughtful, responsive service stayed with us – it turned a potential travel hiccup into a lasting positive memory.
