The Doro Nawas Camp in Namibia’s Damaraland is an oasis, set in the rocky valley of the dry Aba-Huab River. The area is home to a vast array of wildlife, and has comfortable en suit chalets and an inviting pool.

The ruggedness of the habitat has produced some remarkable wildlife: desert-adapted elephants and giraffe, bok and zebra. Remarkable art too – nearby Twyfelfontein has towering red sandstone cliffs that form a canvas for rock art dating back to 3300 BC.

Of course, amenities at the camp are much more 21st century, with a cool pool and en suite chalets, architecturally designed to complement the landscape. The perfect place to relax after a hot game drive.

“FAULTLESS AND FUN”

We’ve just returned from a Danube cruise with Douglas Skeggs and Joanna Worsley, with a few days in Vienna beforehand – all brilliantly overseen by Emily. From meet and greet at the airport to every detail on board the Amadeus Cara, the organisation was seamless. We’re already looking forward to our next Escorted Tour with 91��.

This is the third time I’ve used TUTC. The service, as before, was flawless. Aside from putting in place all the major details of a complex trip to Japan, Dan at TUTC nailed every detail: train tickets were for seats with large luggage space (very important in Japan, as we discovered); a mobile internet wifi was included; together with a pre-charged use-pretty-much-anywhere travel card (again, important – Japan has multiple transport companies). For any kind of complex trip I won’t go anywhere else.

Our holiday in Thailand was superb – custom-built exactly to our preferences. 91�� were super attentive, listening carefully to what we wanted and designing an itinerary and hotel selection that really delivered.
