This is the third time I’ve used TUTC. The service, as before, was flawless. Aside from putting in place all the major details of a complex trip to Japan, Dan at TUTC nailed every detail: train tickets were for seats with large luggage space (very important in Japan, as we discovered); a mobile internet wifi was included; together with a pre-charged use-pretty-much-anywhere travel card (again, important – Japan has multiple transport companies). For any kind of complex trip I won’t go anywhere else.

From the moment we got in touch, everything felt smooth and well looked after. The team were not only professional and thorough – providing tailored suggestions with clear costings – but also genuinely friendly. Even after we returned, a follow-up email (and a bottle of wine!) showed just how thoughtful Ultimate Travel really is. Nothing was too much trouble. We already have more trips booked and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

From expert naturalists to thrilling wildlife encounters (tigers, leopards, 140 species of birds), awe-inspiring temples, the Taj Mahal, scenic walks and warm, welcoming people – not to mention the fantastic curry – it was a truly superb holiday. “Ultimate” really is “91������”!
